What You'll Do:

As the Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in Yona Solutions' financial success by overseeing and optimizing our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with Yona Solutions' overall objectives.
  • Providing valuable insights and recommendations to the executive team for informed decision-making.
  • Forecasting financial performance, budgeting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
  • Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conducting regular financial analysis and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Utilizing your ERP expertise (experience with NetSuite is a plus) to optimize financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and streamline financial operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and providing financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior financial management role,
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus, with the ability to leverage the platform for enhanced financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the finance team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
