Position : Marketing Specialist

Working Schedule : 8a-5p CST

Salary Range : $1700 - $2000 / month(the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.).
  • Optimize website content and structure for SEO and user experience.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting) to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze and improve customer engagement strategies across digital platforms.

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Create, curate, and manage content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Develop social media strategies to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to online conversations and community engagement.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure consistent branding.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Explore and test new digital marketing strategies and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
