Job Title: Digital Marketing Director

Location: Boulder, Colorado (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

Experience Level: 10+ years, 3+ years in a leadership role.

Base Compensation: $170,000 - $190,000 + Bonus

Job Summary:

Spectra Logic is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing strategies to drive customer acquisition.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand and goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to optimize efforts.
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with sales, product marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

What you need to bring to the table: 

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in the data storage industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

It would be nice if you had:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, WordPress and GA4

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Status: Full time, direct hire, exempt position
