Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. ETL Design and Development : Architect, implement, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from diverse source systems into data warehouses and lakes.
2. Data Integration : Oversee the integration of structured and unstructured data using cutting-edge technologies and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi).
3. Optimization and Performance Tuning : Continuously improve ETL processes for optimal performance, reliability, and scalability, minimizing data processing time and resource usage.
4. Technical Leadership : Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
5. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment with wider business objectives.
6. Documentation and Compliance : Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes and ensure practices conform to regulatory and compliance standards.
7. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Lead efforts to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex data-related issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
8. Cloud Experience : Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Google Cloud Dataflow, Databricks).

Qualifications:

• Experience : 8-12 years of professional experience in ETL development and data integration.
