We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven training experience, and the ability to inspire and motivate others to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer service training programs, workshops, and materials.

  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing staff.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness and employee performance.

  • Provide coaching and feedback to enhance customer service skills.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into training modules.

  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Education, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience as a trainer, preferably in customer service or sales.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to create engaging training content and adapt methods to different learning styles.

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and e-learning tools is a plus.
