Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to answer questions, provide support, and deliver a positive brand experience

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance and customer satisfaction goals

• Help develop customer service strategies that improve engagement and retention

• Assist in training new team members and promoting a high-performance culture

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively

• Represent client brands professionally at promotional events and community outreach campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree a plus

• Experience: No prior experience necessary — full training provided

• Personality: Positive, coachable, and self-motivated
