Your role in our team 

• You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, modifications, nondisclosure agreements, terms and conditions, and other contract related documents
• Act as end-to-end point of contact throughout the contract management process, escalading to leadership when necessary  
• Provide active assistance to the project teams in the management, execution, and resolution of issues related to contract/project management and accounting (e.g. contract type, cost allowability, payment/milestone schedules, inspection/acceptance criteria, other terms)  
• You will serve as subject matter expert on interpretation of FAR/ DFARS clauses and contractual provisions
• Maintain comprehensive and reliable contract and subcontract records (e.g. proposals, contracts, correspondence, modifications)
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with customers 
• Closely collaborate with project teams and business operations departments  
• You will support proposal preparation, including examination of solicitation requirements, cost/pricing requirements, and analyzing terms and conditions to adequately assess risks in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications  
• Occasional travel: less than 10%  
• Other duties assigned

Your profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, accounting or related field
• Professional Contract Management Certification (CPCM, CFCM)
• At least 5 years of experience in contract management with government contracts & pricing
• Your contract Management Software experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and hands-on experience with a variety of contract types including FFP, T&M, Cost/Cost-Plus)
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate contractual language
• You are able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performance team to proactively resolve contractual issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Microsoft Teams
• You have strong attention to detail
• Ability to obtain a USPS Sensitive Security Clearance 

Eligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

• Your annual base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,000 - $120,000 at the time of posting.
