Job Description

We have been retained by our client, a growing Multifamily Renovation Company in the Houston area, to find a Project Manager. This role will support project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties:

• Manage daily on-site operations and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries, site logistics, and maintain organized project documentation.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements:

• High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of on-site construction experience, preferably in multifamily renovation projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite; BuilderTrend is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
