Lighthouse Lab Services is excited to represent a clinical laboratory client in Miami Lakes, FL, seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and organized financial records to support the laboratory’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis
Maintain and update the general ledger
Prepare reports to support management and operational decision-making
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
Background in a medical/clinical office, laboratory, scientific research, or adjacent industry (preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel formulas (other tools can be learned on the job)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required
