Paradigm Advisory, an elite NYC real estate team at Compass, is seeking an ambitious, highly organized, and proactive Chief of Staff to support one of New York City’s leading real estate brokers. Responsibilities: • Market Analysis & Valuations: Conduct in-depth property valuations and market analyses, ensuring accuracy and strategic insights. Prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) reports for current and prospective clients. • Client Engagement : Act as the secondary point of contact in the broker’s absence. Cover buyer tours and offer key insights to clients while maintaining exceptional service standards. • Data & Comp Reporting : Create detailed comp reports to support pricing and marketing strategies. Continually monitor the NYC real estate market for trends, price adjustments, and new developments. • Operational Support : Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, communications, and logistics for meetings and property tours. Support with transaction management, document preparation, and compliance oversight. • Negotiations & Contracts : Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts, offers, and counteroffers. Serve as an intermediary in negotiations, aligning with the broker’s strategies and client expectations. • Team Coordination : Act as a liaison between the broker, agents, and support staff to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals. • Project Management : Oversee special projects and initiatives, from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals. • Market Knowledge : Stay updated on NYC real estate trends, emerging neighborhoods, and competitor activities. Deliver regular market updates and insights to support the broker’s business strategy. • Shadow and Support the Executive: Work closely with the executive, absorbing their vision, strategy, and approach to ensure alignment and efficiency in all operations. Attend meetings, manage follow-ups, and assist in decision-making by providing insights and context. • Ad-Hoc Tasks & Site Visits: Represent the broker at inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs. Coordinate and attend meetings with appraisers, architects, designers, and contractors to facilitate project needs. Address property-related issues and liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless resolution. Qualifications: • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate, with a preference for high-end residential markets. • Bachelor's degree. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Strong knowledge of NYC neighborhoods, trends, and luxury real estate market. • A "can-do" attitude and readiness to put in the effort required to succeed in a demanding industry. • A natural curiosity to ask questions, dig deeper, and understand the bigger picture. • Ambitious, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed in the high-stakes NYC real estate market. • A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks. • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adaptable to the evolving demands of a high-profile broker. • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. • Willingness to go above and beyond to meet team goals and deliver outstanding results. • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. • A NY real estate license.
