Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies to support diverse verticals, driving both short-term success and long-term growth.
Comprehensive Oversight: Manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and insight across all divisions.
Mergers and Acquisitions: Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and integration efforts to support strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
IT Leadership: Oversee the IT department, ensuring the development and implementation of secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications
Experience: Over 10 years of proven success in senior financial leadership across industries, with expertise in M&A and managing IT and HR functions.
