Job Description

Business Development and Client Portfolio Manager

We are a leading provider of building damage cleanup and restoration services, specializing in water, mold, fire, and smoke damage. Our team of experts is dedicated to providing top-quality mitigation and restoration services to homeowners and commercial building owners. We seek a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base in Denver, CO, and the surrounding areas.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be crucial in building and maintaining client relationships for our company. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and securing new business opportunities for our building damage cleanup and restoration services. You will also develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the Denver, CO area through market research and networking, building preferred vendor relationships with Large Property Management Companies, Commercial and Residential Building inspectors, and other avenues of new client relationships. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct sales presentations and meetings to showcase our services and capabilities
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to generate new business
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand our network and promote our services
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently
  • Focus on Industry to establish Master Service Agreements and Contracts with Multifamily properties and hospitals and become a preferred vendor with contractors for subcontracting work and partnering. 

Qualifications:

  • Business Development confidence to offer Mitigation and restoration services to clients
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the building restoration industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the building damage restoration industry and related services is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the Denver, CO area as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
