Role Summary Consulting / Payments / Documentation Expert

Key Requirements:

• • Looking for someone with strong consulting experience.
  • Needs to be a go-to candidate-someone confident and capable of navigating complex projects.
  • Experience in Payments or Finance domain is a huge plus , but not mandatory.
  • If the candidate has this, it's a "golden ticket" to the top of the shortlist.
  • Must be skilled in PowerPoint (creating and presenting decks).
  • Excel proficiency is expected.
  • Presentation skills are a huge differentiator. Ability to present information clearly and articulate insights is key.
  • JIRA experience is a must.
  • If the candidate lists JSQL , they will be asked specific, technical questions -they must be ready to explain.
  • Claiming JIRA expertise without JSQL is a red flag-true experts will know JSQL or at least know how to retrieve/filter data from JIRA.
  • Candidate should be able to speak to reporting features , dashboards , and interpret data in a subjective, insightful way.
  • Must be able to explain user stories , project contributions, figures, and metrics clearly.
  • Candidate should be able to explain their resume well -walk through projects with confidence.
  • Use of STAR approach (Situation, Task, Action, Result) in responses is highly recommended.
