We're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist, a creative trailblazer who will be the heartbeat of our brand's online presence, crafting engaging content, spearheading influencer marketing campaigns, and leading industry events. Your ultimate goal will be to drive business growth and optimize performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust digital marketing strategies.
• Craft and refine our brand story, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and stands out in the market.
• Handle everything from content planning and creation to community engagement and performance analytics.
• Produce high-quality, engaging content in various formats, including blogs, videos & infographics.
• Conceptualize, produce, and manage compelling video content and innovative marketing campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize strategies and demonstrate campaign success.
• Participate, Plan, organize, and lead industry events & connects to enhance our brand's presence and establish thought leadership.
• Select appropriate industry events for participation, organize event logistics, and represent the company at these events.
• Identify and collaborate with key industry influencers to amplify our brand message and build strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and brand management.
• A creative powerhouse with a proven track record of successful campaigns and content creation.
• Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
• An undeniable passion for marketing, branding, and content creation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
