Meetings are typically held the fourth Monday of every month at 5:30 pm at City Hall, this is a 5 year term ending 12/31/2030. Any qualified elector residing in the Mandan Extraterritorial (within 2 miles of the city’s corporate boundaries). Deadline for application is 12/22/2025.
