Job Description

Job Title: Billing Operations Investigator

Duties:

• Review and prepare claims for accurate and timely submission to payers.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, claim rejections, and denials effectively.
• Maintain and update payment, refund, and adjustment records in accounting systems.
• Process pre-authorizations and document responses for compliance.
• Generate reports on outstanding balances and follow up with patients and payers.
• Provide excellent customer service for billing inquiries and establish payment plans.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in claims submission and resolution processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Multilingual skills (English, Spanish, French) are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience (High School diploma with 4+ years).

Stipend:

• Weekly: $1,500 - $2,100
• Monthly: $6,000 - $8,400
