As part of our new technician career program, you'll start with essential maintenance tasks like oil changes and entry-level mechanical work while advancing your skills and pay as you progress. What You Need to Succeed
Experience as a Lube Technician is a plus, but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
High school diploma or equivalent (automotive vocational training is a bonus but not required)
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Satisfactory employment references and ability to pass a background check
