Appliance Repair Technician
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances while maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism. This position offers a supportive team environment, ongoing training, and a strong focus on work-life balance with no nights or weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair home appliances including refrigerators, ranges, ovens, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they understand required services.
Order necessary parts and ensure efficient use of company resources.
Collect payment for completed work.
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or in a similar role.
Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 18 years old.
EPA Certification.
Preferred Skills:
Sealed system repair experience.
Location & Compensation:
Tempe, AZ.
Minimum pay starts at $20/hour with potential to earn $60+/hour based on experience and performance.
