We are looking for a Agile Coach to join our growing team in United States!
Location - Remote (US)
The ideal candidate with have most/all of the following:
- 10+ years experience working in IT with at least 3 years of experience with Agile coaching and driving continuous improvement
- Ability to independently coach and stand up new teams with Scrum and Kanban
- Experience within an SDLC role within an Agile organization, i.e Scrum Master, Engineer, SDET, tester, RTE, etc.
- Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence
- Change Management techniques
- Experience being part of a wide scale Agile Transformation
- Experience as a member of an Agile Center of Excellence (desirable)
- Ability to create training material and document processes, standards and best practices

A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $130,000 - $140,000.
