Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth by selling the value of Colossyan, developing relationships, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in within Mid Market and Enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees).

You will be reporting to our Head of Global sales and work closely with our BDR team and all of our functional teams (especially Marketing and Product)

The opportunities you will be working with will be sourced by:

  1. Marketing Team via direct booked demo, inbounds worked by the SDR Team, events
  2. The BDR Team via cold outreach
  3. Product Qualified Leads
  4. Yourself

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Be a consultative partner to provide prospects best AI video creation practices
  • Manage inbound from our Directed Booked Demo and generate pipeline from our hand-raisers via the product
  • Constantly capture and synthesize product feedback from our customers; make product recommendations based on this feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications

  • We expect the ideal candidate to have 3+ years of consistent B2B, SaaS Sales experience with 1+ year selling to enterprise customers (1,000+ Employees)
  • You can demonstrate that you have been successful and achieving (overachieving) your assigned business targets.
  • You’ve been part of a high-performing team that have scaled quickly
  • You thrive in rapid growth and disruptive environments
  • You understand the challenges and opportunities in a fast growing startup.

Nice to have:

  • You've worked in AI-first startups especially in the content creation area
  • You’ve sold LMS/Authoring Tools to L&D professionals previously

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be:
On Target Earnings (OTE) between $150,000 and $180,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
